Christa grew up in Texas and now calls the Dallas area home. She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has spent the past decade working as a leadership consultant, partnering with organizations to assess and develop leaders. Her work focuses on helping leaders become who they intend to be—and ultimately do and be better—while navigating the complexities of the modern workplace and life. Outside of work, Christa enjoys learning about Brazilian culture through her boyfriend, who is from São Paulo—especially when it involves great food—and is currently attempting to learn Portuguese (emphasis on attempting). She is also a proud aunt and spends plenty of time with her rescue pup, Amora, who brings equal parts chaos and joy to her days.
Christa enjoys giving back to her community and is motivated by a simple idea: to leave things better than she found them. She values showing up for others and finding small ways to make a meaningful difference.
