Help us send kids back to school with confidence, style, and the supplies they need to succeed.

This is more than a traditional school supply drive. Instead of providing one-size-fits-all items, we give children the opportunity to choose the backpacks, shoes, clothing, and school supplies that reflect their unique personalities and individual needs.
​
We are asking our community to support this effort by donating gift cards or hosting a gift card drive within your office, business, church, or organization. These gift cards allow families to shop for exactly what their children need — from the perfect backpack to new shoes and classroom essentials — helping every child start the school year feeling prepared and proud.
Fall Day Out
Each fall, we invite our families and volunteers to spend a special day together at the Arboretum, where the beauty of the season comes to life through stunning fall displays, festive activities, and the annual pumpkin patch.

For many of the families we serve, this is their very first visit to the Arboretum. Fall Day Out gives them the opportunity to experience the wonder, beauty, and joy of a day they may not otherwise have access to — creating lasting memories alongside the volunteers who support and encourage them throughout the year.

We are currently seeking sponsors to help make this experience possible for every family and volunteer who would like to attend. Your sponsorship helps cover admission costs and allows us to ensure that no one is left behind.

Light the Night Gala
Join us for an unforgettable evening at our 3rd Annual Light the Night Gala as we transform the night into the vibrant energy and excitement of Club Havana.

This signature event brings our community together to support children and youth in foster care throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area while enjoying a night that’s anything but ordinary.
​
Guests will experience an evening filled with interactive food stations, exciting games, dueling piano entertainment, a silent auction, live auction, and so much more — all wrapped in the lively atmosphere and charm of Havana-inspired nightlife.
Holiday Market
Our Annual Holiday Market is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season! We invite all of our families to join us for a day filled with festive fun, sweet treats, and photos with Santa. One of the highlights of the day is our Holiday Market, where children get to shop for the special people in their lives—from parents and siblings to teachers, mentors, and friends. It's a fun opportunity for them to experience the joy of giving while building confidence, independence, and thoughtfulness.
