Dislikes: Getting things done, live music, quality time, a girls night/gathering friends, and decompressing with anything on Bravo. As a Chief of Staff, I've spent more than a decade partnering with founders/CEOs to help them clear roadblocks and build stronger, more efficient organizations. My industry background is primarily in hospitality and CPG brands and I specialize in growing companies up to $25M. I attended the University of Arkansas and majored in journalism + public relations. I joined the board of DFW Angels because I believe deeply in the power of community to create meaningful impact. Growing up, I experienced firsthand how a strong support system can change the trajectory of a child's life, and I see foster care as a network of opportunity for that support but recognize our system is flawed. Through our programs, I have witnessed how giving kids and families the community support they need can lift them up to be able to persevere through all of the uncertainty they may face in the process. I am the proud partner to my husband William and mom to our growing family and two rescue dogs, Deborah & Nola. Outside of my family life and work, I prioritize mentorship to fellow working women and stay-at-home-moms who are looking to return to the workforce; spending time on the tennis court, a long, chatty dinner with friends, and attending the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival every year with my family. |
