After graduating with a degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University, Lauren worked as a kindergarten teacher for a few years and then transitioned into full time ministry at her church where she led and cared for multiple women’s small groups. Lauren’s journey has been driven by a desire to create meaningful connections and provide unwavering support to those in need. Lauren’s experience in education, ministry, and leadership has equipped her with the skills to foster relationships, manage teams, and implement strategic initiatives that drive positive change. Whether mentoring young adults, leading community groups, or guiding families through challenges, Lauren’s focus has always been on creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and supported. Lauren is eager to bring this passion to the foster care community. Lauren is honored to be part of an organization that transforms the foster care experience by providing consistent support and building relationships through a strong network of care.
