After graduating from Baylor University, Erin worked in the fashion industry for several years as a buyer. In 2003, she made the decision to leave the fashion industry and go to work for their family business, a commercial refrigeration/construction company. She worked at Almcoe for 19 years.. Her jobs while there included installation manager, sales, business development, marketing and a member of the executive team.
Erin volunteers at her children’s school has been involved with Community Partners of Dallas, SoupMobile and Hunger Busters, as well as, volunteering at her church. She is passionate about the foster care community and has felt led for many years to become more involved in some way. She is married to the amazing Andy and they have 2 equally amazing little boys, Parker and Cooper. In her spare time she likes to watch her boys play baseball and spend with her family.
